With package we work to guide + create the day you've always envisioned. We get to know you and your vision, and embrace every detail. We work to design, style, and detail every last bit of your wedding day - booking the perfect venue, choosing a caterer, creating timelines, designing a seamless decor plan, and making sure the day of is just how you've always pictured it being.
Pre-Wedding Logistics:

Upon being contracted, the Lead Planner and the couple will schedule an intake meeting, in-person or over the phone, in order to discuss wants and need of the couple for their wedding, as well as budget, style and expectations.

After the intake meeting the L.P. will create a planning timeline which includes a payment schedule of booked vendors.

The L.P. will begin sourcing vendors that fit within the style and budget of the couple and sharing them with the couple to narrow down which vendor they would like to book.

Once the couple agrees upon a vendor the L.P. will reach out the vendors to begin the booking process, reading contracts, ensuring rates are fair and reasonable and meeting with them to inspect a product or space if applicable.

The L.P. will attend at least one venue tour prior to the final venue walk through.

The L.P. will provide invitation management, keeping track of RSVPs, responding to questions guests may have about accommodations, attire, dietary restrictions, day of events etc.

Six weeks out from the wedding the L.P. will begin to reach out to vendors and put together day of timelines, vendor timelines, personal couple timelines and layouts of the venue.

In The Following Weeks out the Lead Planner and the couple will schedule calls about once a week to finalize the timelines and layouts.

Whenever the couple plans for the Lead Planner will attend and orchestrate the ceremony rehearsal. Going over procession order, cues, walking speed, front row seat assignments etc.
Day of Wedding:

On the day of the Wedding the Lead Planner and two Associate Coordinators will arrive at the venue 6 hours prior to the Ceremony. They will assist the vendors in set up and place personal decor such as a seating chart, memory table, guest book, etc.

*please note that if a couple has extensive personal decor a set up crew member may be required and is at the discretion of the lead planner*

The Lead Planner will be bouncing back and forth between the couple and the venue to

ensure everyone is following the timeline and everyone has what they need.

+The Lead Planner will direct the ceremony procession, the transition from ceremony to cocktail hour, and cocktail hour to reception. We then ensure the remaining events go off on time.

We stay for one hour after the reception to assist in clean up, make sure the vendors are tipped if the couple so chooses, the couple gets their gifts and personal items.
Pre-Wedding Design & Styling:

Lead Stylist and couple exchange photo examples for the decor, florals, signage etc. to create a mood board for each aspect of the wedding decor.

The Stylist uses information from the intake meeting and mood board to source vendors that fall within the style and budget of the client

After the couple decides to book a vendor the Lead Stylist will continue the conversation with the vendor to iron out all the details, schedule any meetings that are needed and relay all the information the vendor needs to have a successful wedding day.

Lead Stylist and the couple decide on a final tablescape/room design after the Lead Stylist creates and provides tablescape/room mockups for the couple to choose from.
