Before Wedding Day: 

  • One intake meeting for the couple and Lead Stylist to go over style, wants, budget, vendors etc. 

  • Lead Stylist and couple exchange photo examples for the decor, florals, signage etc. to create a mood board for each aspect of the wedding decor. 

  • The Stylist uses information from the intake meeting and mood board to source vendors that fall within the style and budget of the client 

  • After the couple decides to book a vendor the Lead Stylist will continue the conversation with the vendor to iron out all the details, schedule any meetings that are needed and relay all the information the vendor needs to have a successful wedding day. 

  • Lead Stylist and the couple decide on a final tablescape/room design after the Lead Stylist creates and provides tablescape/room mockups for the couple to choose from.

On Wedding Day:

  • The Lead Stylist and their team will arrive at the venue to assist the decor vendors in set up and set up any personal decor that the couple has.

  • The team will stay until the start of the reception to ensure all ceremony decor is cleaned up and moved to the reception if applicable. 

  • An LJC team will arrive back at the venue 30 minutes prior to the reception ending to break down the decor.

Our design package is perfect for couples who don’t require complete project management, but still need assistance with designing and executing the overall look and aesthetic of their event. We will work closely with you to ensure your wedding day is inspired by personal elements and meaningful details that make your big day feel authentic to you.
